Plain English summary: Use AccountrIQ for legitimate CA work. Pay on time. Don't abuse the service. Your data is yours. We can terminate accounts that violate these terms.
By creating an account or using AccountrIQ ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of a CA firm or company, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these terms.
If you do not agree to these terms, do not use AccountrIQ.
AccountrIQ provides:
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.
Free Trial: New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with full access. No credit card is required during the trial.
Paid Plans: After the trial, continued access requires a paid subscription:
Payments: All payments are processed by Razorpay. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method.
Refunds: We offer a 7-day refund on first-time subscriptions if you are not satisfied. Contact support@accountriq.com. Subsequent months are non-refundable.
Late payment: If payment fails, your account will be downgraded to read-only. You can still view and export existing data but cannot upload new statements until payment is resolved.
You agree not to:
Important: AccountrIQ is a productivity tool. You are responsible for verifying all AI-generated ledger categorizations before importing into Tally. We are not liable for errors in financial records resulting from unchecked AI output.
Ownership: You own all data you upload to AccountrIQ, including bank statements, transaction records, and client information. We claim no ownership over your data.
License to us: By uploading data, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and display it solely to provide the Service to you.
Export: You can export your data at any time in Tally XML format. On account deletion, we will provide a data export on request within 30 days.
Accuracy: You are responsible for the accuracy of data you input. We process what you upload — we cannot verify whether bank statements are genuine.
AccountrIQ's software, design, logos, and branding are owned by AccountrIQ. These terms do not grant you any rights to use our trademarks or intellectual property beyond using the Service as intended.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Nothing in these terms limits liability for gross negligence, fraud, or death/personal injury.
By you: You may cancel your account at any time by contacting support@accountriq.com. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
By us: We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or fail to pay.
On termination, your data is retained for 30 days during which you may request an export. After 30 days, data is permanently deleted.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Ludhiana, Punjab, India.
